Our "Berry of the Mountain" Cake is a moist white cake layered and covered with a rich almond flavored pastry cream. The sides are covered with almond cookie crumbs and the cake is topped with a "mountain" of wild blueberries and raspberries. Truly a unique and delicious dessert!
